A special Session meeting was held on November 5, 2006.  At this meeting a contract was agreed on with Rev. Albert G, Valentine II to serve the Church of the Redeemer on a half-time basis.  He will be staying at the manse in Manistique on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

Rev. Valentine is an ordained minister of the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Church.  He comes to us from the Meyersdale, Pennsylvania area.  The days he is not here he is at Rudyard and is employed by Great Lakes Recovery Center providing substance abuse therapy at the Corrections Facilities in Kinross, Michigan.
