| Three Lakes Lay Academy In its
fifth year, The Academy is a
cooperative teaching ministry of the congregations of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Presbyterian Church (USA) in the
eastern upper peninsula, and the northern lower peninsula of Michigan. The
Academy was founded to meet the need of Christian adults to study more in

All classes are held at Zion Lutheran Church, 999 South State St, St. Ignace
on Thursday late afternoons and evenings. Registration for classes is on the
first night of each class. Classes are $10 per course with students expected
to purchase books. Scholarships available.
